Customer Awards

AI Pioneer Award

Recognizes an organization that moved beyond the AI hype and embedded AI into real selling workflows — from content creation and coaching to conversation prep and field readiness.

Winner: Labcorp
Challenge
With approximately 1,200 sellers and managers across multiple divisions, this global leader in comprehensive laboratory services needed to move beyond AI enthusiasm and build real adoption. The goal: help sellers translate AI capabilities into practical daily workflows and sustain momentum beyond a single training event.
Solution
Labcorp (NYSE: LH) embedded AI across the full enablement lifecycle. A Copilot for Smarter Selling curriculum drove 959 completions. An enterprise-wide AI Use Case Challenge generated 200+ field-submitted workflows that were converted into ongoing learning content. Showpad’s Roleplay AI was integrated into specialty sales programs, and Showpad Genie cut content development effort by an estimated 60–70%.
why Labcorp won
Labcorp didn’t experiment with AI — they operationalized it. From coaching and content creation to curriculum development and seller readiness, AI is embedded throughout the enablement lifecycle. Roleplay AI achieved 100% completion rates across four specialty sales programs, enabling sellers to practice critical customer interactions and build confidence in a safe learning environment. This investment in AI-powered readiness translated into measurable business impact, with participants consistently outperforming non-participants in both call-in revenue and opportunity creation. By combining learning, coaching, and performance enablement, Labcorp demonstrates how AI can drive lasting adoption and meaningful commercial outcomes.

Business Impact Award

Honors a team that connected their Showpad investment directly to measurable business outcomes, from revenue growth and pipeline acceleration to operational efficiency.

Winner: Qualys
Challenge
Qualys (NASDAQ: QLYS) is a global leader in cyber risk management, helping organizations measure, communicate, and eliminate cyber risk. As the company scaled, the team saw an opportunity to evolve Showpad from a traditional content repository into a trusted, strategic enablement platform. Sellers needed a faster, more reliable way to find current, accurate, and compliant materials — and the organization needed stronger governance to make that possible.
Solution
Rather than simply reorganizing folders, the team redefined ownership. They empowered a dedicated Showpad content lead, built a governance model from scratch, and embraced a “less is more” philosophy that reduced the library from approximately 2,000 to 1,200 assets. A dedicated analytics resource moved the team from content management to content intelligence.
why Qualys won
The numbers tell a clear story: fewer sales materials, more impact. Seller adoption climbed 10 points from 75% to 85%. Search success improved 41%. In-app content views jumped 87.5%. What was once one of the organization’s pain points is now a trusted enablement platform — proof that disciplined governance paired with strong adoption drives measurable results.
finalists

Buyer Engagement Excellence Award

Celebrates an organization that transformed how sellers interact with buyers — creating experiences that are more immersive, more personalized, and more effective at moving complex deals forward.

Winner: Thermo Fisher Scientific
Challenge
At the life sciences giant, Thermo Fisher Scientific, the laboratory sales organization within the North American ImmunoDiagnostics Division includes three distinct seller roles supporting different stages of the customer journey. Before this initiative, important documents were distributed through long email chains, a complex implementation process wasn’t visualized for customers, and handoffs between roles created duplication and unnecessary back-and-forth.
Solution
The team built reusable “Resource Hub” templates in Showpad’s Shared Spaces that give customers one central location from onboarding through implementation and growth. A custom Showpad Page translates the implementation process into a visual roadmap, and role-based Enablement Hubs built with Showpad Experiences connect seller guidance directly to customer-facing tools.
why thermo fisher won
During the pilot, one seller brought two new customers live in 60 days compared to a typical 90–120-day cycle — an approximately 33–50% reduction in time to go-live. Eight of 15 Strategic Account Executives adopted the process within two months of launch. Sales leadership reported a significant improvement in the structure, clarity, and flow of customer conversations. By connecting onboarding, implementation, and growth into a single journey, Thermo Fisher Scientific demonstrated what happens when buyer engagement is designed around the customer experience rather than internal processes.
finalists

Campaign Excellence Award

Recognizing a team that turned campaign strategy into consistent field execution, driving measurable impact across markets, regions, and seller workflows.

Winner: Edwards Lifesciences
Challenge
As a global medical device company, Edwards Lifesciences needed an effective way to deliver critical campaign information to a large field organization. With communications spread across multiple platforms and channels, teams often struggled to find the right content at the right time, leading to reduced visibility and inconsistent adoption of key commercial and clinical initiatives.
Solution
Working with Showpad partner Bridge, Edwards built a structured campaign framework using a custom application within Showpad. The solution delivers targeted, role-based campaigns to field teams, centralizing assets, training materials, and key messages alongside engagement tracking and analytics.
why Edwards won
Edwards Lifesciences proved that campaign excellence isn’t about producing more content - it’s about ensuring the right content reaches sellers when they need it most. By combining strategic communication planning with purpose-built tooling, Edwards improved field readiness, streamlined information delivery, and strengthened alignment between marketing and field teams. They have continued to raise the bar for what strong campaign execution can look like at scale.

Channel Enablement Excellence Award

Applauding an organization that cracked the challenge of enabling partners, distributors, and channel sellers at scale. They ensured consistent messaging and measurable results beyond the direct sales team.

Winner: ExxonMobil North America
Challenge
Authorized distributors and channel representatives are a cornerstone of ExxonMobil’s (NYSE: XOM) North America go-to-market strategy. While these teams play a vital role in driving revenue growth, achieving consistent execution, aligned messaging, and widespread Showpad platform adoption at scale remains an ongoing challenge.
Solution
To drive adoption and reinforce best practices, the team developed “Showcasing Showpad,” a self-service channel playbook built around video testimonials from distributor representatives. By highlighting proven use cases and success stories from peers, the playbook provided practical, relatable examples of how the Showpad platform could be used to improve sales effectiveness.
why ExxonMobil won
Distributor reps documented a 30% reduction in sales cycle length through guided selling and Showpad-powered follow-up. Reps used Shared Spaces to win back disengaged buyers previously lost to procurement-only relationships. Teams earned $1,250+ in new customer rebates through Marketing Programs. The initiative converted peer wins into best practices without centralized training overhead, proving that the most credible channel enablement content is a peer saying, “Here’s exactly what I did, and here’s what happened.”
finalists

Field Selling Excellence Award

Celebrating a company that transformed how field reps prepare, present, and follow up — driving consistency, confidence, and commercial results across complex selling environments.

Winner: CooperVision
Challenge
As MiSight® 1 day expanded globally, CooperVision (NASDAQ: COO) had a proven customer development model, but success depended heavily on individual expertise. Teams at the contact lens manufacturer navigated more than 70 assets, multiple customer archetypes, and market-specific regulatory requirements. Execution varied, customer plans lost momentum between visits, and scaling best practice was increasingly difficult.
Solution
CooperVision partnered with Bridge to build Navigator, a custom application using Showpad’s SDK that guides reps through each stage of the customer journey. Navigator dynamically adapts based on customer type, opportunity size, and barriers to growth. Sellers and customers jointly build action plans with digital sign-off, and Navigator resurfaces commitments at subsequent meetings to drive accountability.
why CooperVision won
Across approximately 500 matched customer locations, a pre-post analysis demonstrated approximately 30% faster sales growth following Navigator implementation. New rep onboarding compressed from 3 months to 2.5 weeks. Seller confidence increased 60%, and sellers actively engaging with the platform were 26% more likely to achieve quota. Deployed across 17 countries with 400+ active users and 5,000+ meetings conducted, CooperVision demonstrated what happens when a field-selling transformation is sustained over years, not months.
finalists

Rising Star Award

Saluting a company that achieved remarkable results within its first year on the platform. Fast adoption, strong execution, and measurable impact set them apart as a standout new customer.

Winner: Luceco
Challenge
As both a manufacturer and distributor, Luceco Group (LON:LUCE) supports a diverse portfolio of electrical, lighting, power, and audio-visual brands, but its sales teams relied on brand websites and locally saved files to find content. Materials were scattered, version control was unreliable, and marketing had no visibility into what sellers used or how customers engaged.
Solution
Luceco launched Showpad in April 2026, integrating its Salesforce, SharePoint, and internal product information management system into one environment shaped by direct input from heads of sales. A continuous feedback process lets employees submit requests directly to the Showpad product manager for missing content, technical issues, or ideas.
why Luceco won
Within three months, demand grew the platform from 64 to 97 licenses — more than 50% organic growth. An 88.9% active user rate, 14,373 user sessions, and 364 Shared Spaces created demonstrated that Luceco didn’t just deploy a platform. They built something their sellers genuinely wanted to use. Early pipeline linkage through Salesforce, with new contacts progressing through buying stages, added a commercial foundation that most first-year customers haven’t yet established.
finalists

People’s Choice Award

Honors a company that earned overwhelming support from industry peers and colleagues during the community voting round. It was added to this year’s program as a testament to the visibility and admiration their work has generated.

Winner: Shaw Industries
Challenge
When Jasmina De La Cruz inherited ownership of Showpad in November 2025, the platform at the Berkshire Hathaway-owned textile manufacturer had accumulated years of unstructured growth. Thousands of assets had no governance, organization was inconsistent, and searchability frustrated the very people it was meant to serve. Platform NPS sat at 1.
Solution
In under nine months, Jasmina archived more than 1,000 outdated assets and built governance frameworks from scratch, including content ownership standards, metadata taxonomies, and lifecycle policies — critical for a flooring giant with 10+ brand portfolio, spanning carpets to hardwoods to artificial turf. She established a continuous seller feedback loop and designed a structured AI-Powered Search rollout — from a 50-user pilot to broad adoption.
why Shaw won
Shaw earned overwhelming community support during the voting round, and the substance behind those votes backed it up. Platform NPS increased from 1 to 21, a 2,000% year-over-year turnaround. Promoter share grew from 45% to 59%. A governance operating model built from scratch in under nine months transformed Showpad from a storage tool into a strategic enablement asset — proving that a single determined owner can reshape an entire enablement experience.

Partner Awards

Partner Excellence Americas Award

Recognizes a Showpad partner and customer collaboration in the Americas that extended the platform’s value through custom innovation, technical excellence, and measurable field impact.

Winner: Infuse Medical x Roche Diagnostics
Challenge
Selling Roche’s latest innovation, the AVENIO Edge System all-in-one lab testing machine means communicating workflow efficiency, automation, and cost per sample. These are concepts difficult to convey through slides or generalized claims.
Solution
Infuse Medical built the Roche (XSWX: RO) sales team a Workweek Planner and Cost Calculator as a Showpad Experience. Based on a prospect’s unique workflow inputs, the Planner generates a visual workweek showing when scientific activities occur and where hands-on interaction is required. The companion Cost Calculator translates workflows into estimated per-sample economics.
why they won
The tool shifts the customer conversation from telling to showing. This creates an “aha” moment when a customer sees an entire laboratory workweek laid out visually and recognizes how much activity can occur with comparatively little hands-on intervention. Strong organic adoption confirmed the principle at the heart of the build: when a utility solves a genuine selling challenge, usage follows naturally.

Partner Excellence EMEA Award

Recognizes a Showpad partner and customer collaboration in EMEA that extended the platform’s value through custom innovation, technical excellence, and measurable field impact.

Winner: Bylt x Stäubli
Challenge
Sales proposals for Stäubli’s MULTILAM — an advanced electrical contact system for applications ranging from automotive to aeronautics to assembly lines — lived across scattered files and email threads, making collaboration between sales, engineering, and business teams slow and error-prone. Business managers had no visibility into what was being proposed or where opportunities stood.
Solution
Bylt built the MULTILAM Selector using Showpad’s Experience apps, SDK, and AppsDB. Now sales, engineering, and business management work from a single source of truth. Reps create proposals (even offline), push them to developers for locked review, and built-in comments and notifications keep everyone moving.
why they won
The previous proposal method has been fully decommissioned. Showpad is now the only platform for creating MULTILAM proposals. Full adoption, shorter sales cycles, and unified cross-functional collaboration between sales, engineering, and business management made this the standout EMEA partner story — proving that enablement can extend well beyond sales and marketing.
finalists

Global Partner Impact Award

Celebrates the partner and customer collaboration that demonstrated the most significant long-term impact — combining sustained innovation, global scale, and measurable commercial results.

Winner: Bridge × CooperVision
Challenge
Eyecare innovator CooperVision needed field sellers across 17 countries to deliver consultative conversations about myopia management outcomes, consistently and at scale, rather than defaulting to product-led presentations.
Solution
Bridge partnered with CooperVision in 2021 to build Navigator using Showpad’s SDK, a custom application that guides reps through each stage of the customer journey. Over five years, the partnership has continuously iterated using feedback, adoption data, and market requirements, and is now expanding into AI-powered coaching, learning, and meeting preparation.
why they won
Five years of sustained collaboration, continuous innovation, and measurable commercial results made this the most impactful partner story in the program. A 6% increase in annual revenue attainment, £2.8M in incremental revenue, sellers 26% more likely to achieve quota, a 60% increase in seller confidence, and Gold for Best Innovation at the 2024 Digital Impact Awards. Bridge and CooperVision demonstrated what’s possible when a partner relationship is treated as a long-term strategic investment rather than a one-time build.
